Stavvy Announces New Encompass Integration

PR Newswire

Stavvy, the fintech company reshaping digital and remote collaboration for lending and real estate companies, announced a new integration using the latest Encompass Partner Connect API framework from Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) for mortgage technology and available via the Marketplace in the ICE digital lending platform. This modern framework enables industry participants to integrate into ICE solutions and provide their services to loan originators and servicers through secure API-enabled technology. Stavvy’s Encompass® integration enables lenders to execute hybrid or fully digital closings and integrate essential features, including eSign, eNote, eVault, remote online notarization (RON), and in-person electronic notarization (IPEN) directly within Encompass.

The integration utilizes the latest Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) APIs and Partner Document Delivery EPC integration to facilitate a seamless, secure, and efficient end-to-end experience without leaving Encompass. It delivers a fully digital, compliant workflow for efficient mortgage closings. The integration facilitates faster closings through automation, reducing closing times and improving the borrower experience. It also reduces errors with real-time syncing and automated processes. And because digital assets are accessible within the Encompass platform, administrative tasks are reduced, and document management is simplified.

“We’re thrilled to accelerate the closing process for our clients with Stavvy’s digital mortgage lending solution,” said Kosta Ligris, CEO and Founder of Stavvy. “Our bidirectional integration seamlessly incorporates our eClosing features directly within the Encompass platform, making it easier than ever for lenders to execute hybrid or fully digital closings. This integration is a tangible example of our shared commitment to driving efficiency in the industry and making the path to homeownership as streamlined and accessible as possible.”

“Our partnership with Stavvy over the past three years has been key to advancing our digital lending operations,” said Rolando Lora, Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Lending Officer, and Director of Community Lending at The Washington Trust Company. “Their ability to fully leverage the Encompass platform has been critical, enabling us to achieve significant efficiencies from pre-close to post-closing. By allowing our customers to preview electronically and eSign closing documents, Stavvy’s new integration delivers the convenience our borrowers expect while streamlining workflows for our team. Having a partner like Stavvy—one that provides real-time support and recognizes the importance of seamless implementation—has been essential as we make this integration the default for all eClosing-eligible loans.”

Encompass Partner Connect enables the integration of key third-party products and services with ICE Mortgage Technology solutions. ICE does not own, control, nor endorse any specific industry participant or the product/service provided. Loan originators and servicers are responsible for vetting, selecting, and contracting with the providers of their choosing.
