New Integration Enables Seamless Data Flow Between Platforms, Helping Advisors Deepen Client Relationships Through AI-Powered Insights

Zocks, an innovative, privacy-first AI platform that turns client conversations into actionable data and insights, announced a strategic partnership with Practifi, the leading CRM built for wealth management. This integration enables seamless two-way data synchronization between the platforms, allowing firms to leverage AI-powered insights while maintaining streamlined workflows and developing client relationships.

Contacts, meeting notes, and tasks will now sync automatically between systems. Zocks’ AI capabilities will help advisors enhance client engagement. Advisors can now access historical client data and email communications through Zocks’ “Ask Anything AI Agent,” enabling more informed client interactions and automated email responses. The partnership also facilitates automatic updates to client records and workflow progression within Practifi.

“This integration represents a significant step forward in making AI practical and accessible for wealth management firms,” said Mark Gilbert, CEO and co-founder of Zocks. “By combining Practifi’s robust CRM capabilities with our AI-powered conversation intelligence, we’re enabling advisors to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time delivering value to clients.”

The partnership addresses key operational challenges faced by advisory firms, including manual data entry, meeting documentation, and task management across platforms.

“At its core, wealth management is about relationships, and technology should enhance, not complicate, how advisors connect with their clients,” said Adrian Johnstone, Practifi’s CEO. “Our integration with Zocks helps advisors capture the full value of every client interaction while staying focused on what matters most – understanding and serving their clients’ needs.”

Early adopters of the integration are already seeing significant benefits.

“Zocks has fundamentally improved our workflows – saving advisors and teams hours every day. The automatic documentation of detailed client conversations, followed by the seamless integration of structured data into our Practifi CRM, has significantly enhanced our data capture and provided new efficiency gains,” said Robert Gorman, Chief Operating Officer at Apollon Wealth Management. “In addition to improving our overall data, it provides the opportunity for our advisors to be more present in their client meetings to better serve their clients rather than being encumbered by taking notes and creating to-do lists.”

To learn more about this powerful collaboration and the potential of AI to transform advisor workflows and client relationships, join Mark Gilbert and Paige Johnson from Practifi on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 3 pm ET. Their live session will cover best practices and compliance considerations for AI implementation.
