Versapay Names A New Chief Executive Officer.

Carey O’Connor Kolaja has been named as Versapay’s new CEO, the industry pioneer in collaborative accounts receivable (AR). O’Connor Kolaja will handle the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Craig O’Neill, the company’s former chief executive officer, will take on a strategic advising role. O’Connor Kolaja joins the company during a period of rapid growth led by the announcement of 1 million companies on its payment network, a record 82% year-over-year increase in software bookings, the acquisition of DadeSystems to bolster AI and machine learning cash application capabilities, strategic partnerships with American Express and Wells Fargo, and the introduction of the industry’s only fully-integrated platform to connect AR teams with their customers and digit O’Connor Kolaja has over 25 years of executive leadership expertise in the financial services and payments sector, as well as extensive knowledge of building strong corporate cultures and scaling businesses profitably. She served as the CEO of AU10TIX, the world leader in automated identification intelligence and cyber fraud protection, before joining Versapay. Also, she has worked at PayPal as the vice president of global consumer products and Citi Fintech as the global chief product officer.
